to a new White Paper,
presented here for general readership.

ADVANCE IN THE TREATMENT OF CANCER
and OTHER SERIOUS HEALTH PROBLEMS.

Soon after Robert Wood-Smith (RWS) retired during 1994 from Consultancy in Business and Industry, he made the decision to explore the probability that the electron had components. The implications of this move on his part and that which he discovered, was to prove unusually positive both for science and medicine and in this way, provide very significant potential benefits for mankind.

A subsequent award to three scientists in the USA of the 1998 Nobel Prize in Physics served to confirm, the electron did indeed have components: the terms of which proved to be similar to those considered four years earlier by RWS. Meanwhile, by utilizing the values of the components of the electron, RWS had been enabled to equate (*for the first time in the history of science) the formula for gravity, followed subsequently by its source and workings. Certain implications of which by 1995, exposed at the most fundamental level the underlying cause of and treatment for radiosensitive electrically abnormal cancer types. Thereby approximately eighty per cent of cancer types could be treated with success: in addition valuable light was commencing to be thrown upon the growing problem of drug resistance, also the probable treatment thereof.

[*Professor Peter G. Bergmann on learning of the progress made in the understanding of quantum gravity, wrote to RWS - “I shall be glad to receive a copy of your forthcoming report which you are planning to submit to the Royal Institution of Great Britain.” Bergmann worked closely with Albert Einstein during the latter part of Einstein's life, in their search to understand the formula and source of gravity.]

A Partnership was formed by interested parties, with RWS the Senior Partner. A decision was taken next to explore matters medical, by way of a report to Sir Liam Donaldson, Chief Medical Officer, Department of Health, London, United Kingdom.

Soon after this, RWS was to receive a request from Geoff L. Ridgway MD, BSc, FRCP, FRCPath, the Senior Medical Officer, Infection Control & Blood Policy, for the Department of Health ~ outlining a request for five specific reports. The Senior Medical Officer indicated an especial interest in our approaching Leicester Royal Infirmary. [Geoff Ridgway considered those concerned might benefit from our new knowledge, relative to a new microwave therapy treatment.]

A decision was made by RWS to give priority to the latter case in support of a new treatment for inoperable liver cancers, that was successful in 95% of cases. The new treatment was developed by Consultant Liver Surgeon David Lloyd MBBS. FRCS(Engl). MD. Honorary Senior Lecturer in Cancer Studies, University of Leicester. Consultant Hepatobiliary and Laparoscopic Surgeon. Leicester Royal Infirmary, Leicester LE1 5WW. United Kingdom. The most recent White Paper presented herein, provides an authoritative understanding appertaining to the nuclear medical physics ~ highlighting the underlying cause at fundamental level of all cancers and the viable treatment for most of these. The Microwave Therapy developed by those named here, is shown to be ideal for the treatment of a useful proportion of radiosensitive cancers.

Geoff L. drew to the attention of RWS - the primary author of an earlier White Paper - that Ridgway had co-operated within a medical research team at University College London, during the early stages in their development of Photodynamic Therapy. This is another excellent form of treatment which is to be encouraged to draw benefit from the advance in fundamental nuclear medical physics, presented without fees within the White Paper available within this website.

Approximately eighty per cent or more cancers may now be treated efficaciously with success rates of up to 95%, little or no side effects, and much reduced costs to health services. In addition, new knowledge is provided within the White Paper - concerning the manner in which nuclear physics is operating at the most fundamental level and can now be seen to be associated with the underlying cause and means of reversing 'drug resistance', including NDM-1.

A number of diseases that presently are considered either difficult or seemingly impossible to treat successfully, can be understood to have as their agent of disease an electrically abnormal pathogen. Such pathogens in up to 95% of cases, are now understood to be treatable and inexpensively so.

The Minister for Health and Chief Medical Officer can be advised, savings in medical costs can be reduced by billions of pounds sterling per annum.

Readers are invited to consider, why it is that within the United Kingdom, we lose more than one hundred and fifty thousand lives to cancer each year - worldwide the figure exceeds eight million? Why is drug resistance a rapidly growing problem in cancer chemotherapy and the treatment of viral and bacterial diseases? An example, the growing inability to treat NDM-1 which threatens to reduce medicine to a level not experienced for a hundred years? Also, why has there not been found effective curative treatments for Alzheimer's disease, Motor Neuron disease, Multiple Sclerosis, and Parkinson's disease?

The new scientific knowledge within the White Paper addresses these urgent questions. There exists a field of new knowledge that is considered to be beyond the Standard Model: vital aspects of this suitably documented knowledge, has been independently corroborated by some of the most respected research organizations known to science. Attempts to publish have been hampered by the conventional and widespread opinion, there is no knowledge beyond the Standard Model. Such a viewpoint had its most basic origin at the time of Galileo: however, if there is one thing we learn from history, it is that we seem at times unable to learn from history - although mankind has now an immense number of examples of new knowledge becoming introduced (often with difficulty and much delay) that formerly were beyond the previous understanding of the scientific elite of the day.

While some examples of the problem today have been provided within the new White Paper presented with this website - the decision has been taken to publish a 'sufficient description' of the knowledge required, for those with common sense and logical minds to consider and act upon according to their position(s) and choice. The White Paper has of necessity been presented as an 'easy read', by way of courtesy for those who are less familiar with physics and who will find they have a need medically to comprehend aspects of the relative subject matter.

Those of us with experience in addressing audiences are likely to be aware, how little value there can be in simply being correct: the need is surely to be understood. Mention is made of this need, bearing in mind scientists often expect the presentation of physics to be developed in mathematical terms. The main theme of the White Paper is nuclear medical physics: with this in mind, mathematical terms are best not applied unless necessary, in order to be sensitive to the general needs of the medical profession and to present physics as an 'easy read' – for many who have advised the author, they have had little call upon physics since completion of their education.

General introductory information has been prepared for readers from page 2 to the top of page 17. A number of breakthroughs in nuclear physics beyond the Standard Model, are suitably detailed within Section Two (p. 17-47).

Item1. (p.19-21) confirms the reality, the electron has component fractional charges.

Item 2. The values of the components of the electron when applied appropriately with other known physics, yielded the FORMULA, SOURCE AND WORKINGS OF GRAVITY – providing an advanced knowledge of gravity and which in turn indicated protons, neutrons, and electrons comprise of an immense number of fundamental photons. These are the long sought after gravity photons, referred to variously within items 2. and 3. (p. 20-28).

[ Note: Robert Wood-Smith intends to prepare in book form, details of the formula, source and workings of gravity, presently contained within some 300 pages compiled by Albert Mantiziba BSc.(Hons.) Chem.Eng. and Robert Wood-Smith during 1995-1996. Robert has agreed to be assisted by another, who is presently the only other person to hold a copy of the significant detailed knowledge concerned.]

Item 3. (p. 23-28) indicates that Each Fundamental Gravity Photon is displaced-in-time by its waveform (wavelength). Within each wavelength exists data, appertaining to the characteristic of each such gravity photon.

Item 4. The variability of the speed of light is explored (p. 28-29).

Item 5. (p, 29–35) PROVIDES A SUITABLE INTRODUCTION to research findings presented by an international team of astrophysicists, which served to corroborate unwittingly a prediction made previously by two of the Partners. The author and his colleagues were thus enabled to perceive, a 'derivative' in support of a truly major advance in the understanding of fundamental nuclear medicine. We provide below an 'outline' of certain of the relevant matters arising.

Some of the most serious problems facing medicine today, have in common a pathogen which is electrically abnormal - this taking the form of an abnormal protein, virus, bacterium, or cell. The 'abnormality' being one of electrical speed.

Scientists understand that pathogens are of course formed by atoms and these by protons, neutrons and electrons: these are constructed from electric particle fractional charges : i.e. plus and minus units of electric particle charge, each with the value of ⅓ or ⅔ and collectively equalling variously the proton's single +1 unit of charge, the neutron's 0 (neutral) unit of charge, and the commonly understood electron's -1 unit of charge.

The advance made in our Partners' knowledge of gravitational energy, enables us to understand the collective values of the most fundamental components of:

the proton comprises	2.2674 x 1023 fundamental gravity photons (fgphs)
the neutron comprises	2.2705 x 1023 fgphs
the electron comprises	1.2349 x 1020 fgphs.

These are the ultimate fundamental photons that form matter : each one existing as a waveform, the wavelength of each photon containing data. May one add – if this were not so, matter could not differ in content in the way that it undoubtedly does. It may be helpful to the reader to consider also for example the human DNA, which contains the data required to form a human being: the data concerned taking the form of in the region of 3 billion base pairs. Each base pair being formed by atoms – each atom by protons, neutrons and electrons – each of these component parts to the atom being formed collectively by the number of fundamental photons shown above within of this preliminary Introduction to the White Paper.

Each and every one of the above fundamental gravity photons contains specific data, displaced-in-time by its wavelength: associated with that data is empowerment by its electric particle 'field energy' to do that which in time it must.

Electric particle normality operates with a 'field energy' speed equal to that of light c. Note: if the flow of electric particle energy becomes slowed by the matter it is passing through, the 'field energy' is not slowed but remains at the true speed of light c determined by the 'galaxy' Law of Conservation under the influence of the negative strength of its black hole.

Low-level radioactive electric particle energy, which is common within the natural environment, operates at less than the speed of light c. The DNA is provided in nature with a degree of protection against the influence of low-level radioactive electric particle energy. If this were not so, there could be no life on planet Earth, for the particle 'field energy' associated with atoms would be 'out of sync' with the time frame operational within our galaxy. The ability of DNA to defend itself against the distorting influence of low-level radioactive radiation (that is widespread within the natural environment) is damaged by harmful chemicals which the DNA detects as foreign i.e. unnatural. Any proliferation of harmful chemicals, or the effect of a single carcinogen, erodes the otherwise natural capability of DNA to resist the distorting influence of radioactive radiation upon the data carried by the DNA's complex electric particle 'field energy' structure.

If or when a section of DNA becomes sufficiently eroded in terms of its otherwise natural defence against the distorting effect of radioactive radiation - the electric particle content of the relevant proteins, viruses, bacteria or cells form a pathogen in which the electric particle 'field energy' has become slowed – this giving rise to a disease taking the form of an electrically abnormal pathogen. The electric particle data comprising the electrically abnormal pathogen is distorted and no longer readable by the DNA: consequently the electric particles comprising the pathogen, evades destruction by the immune system.

This novel understanding of the fundamental disease process, opens the way for the medical profession to be provided with appropriate equipment for the treatment of radiosensitive diseases. That is to convey, by an appropriate means of restoring the electric particle field energy of the radiosensitive pathogen, to that of the normal electric 'field energy' of the speed of light c. This process will enable the DNA to decode the original electric particle energy structure of the pathogen as foreign, and thereby mark the electrically abnormal pathogen for destruction by the immune system.
